Walton Associates is a company established in 1999 which has invested in design and constrcution of Berlin Hotels, Golden sands resort, Bulgaria.

The hotels are constructed in 1999-2000 and 2003 and are with total build up area of 40 000 square meters and with 1100 beds. The hotels operate under the highest trade mark "LTI-International Hotels" for resort hotels of the German tour-operator ITS/LTU. The quality of the tourist service, as well as the quality of the buldings and the surrouding infrastructure corresponds to the requirements of the of the hotels' trade mark "LTI". Since 2005 the strategy of the firm is directed towards the investments in the sphere of the residential and hotel construction. In 2006 -2008 the firm will invest in and finish the following projects: - Three residential comlexes, respectively two in the capital Sofia and one in Varna (the Black sea capital of Bulgaria) with total build up area of 20 000 sq.m.
